摘  要:客流流线组织设计的恰当与否,直接关系到轨道交通系统整体运行的效率和服务质量。针对地铁现存的站点规模不匹配、服务设施利用效率不平衡等问题,以西安地铁小寨站为例,分析车站行人运动的行为特征和规律,并运用AnyLogic仿真软件对车站高峰时段的客流流线进行了模拟,针对各个瓶颈问题从站内设施布局和客流组织两方面提出科学合理的优化方案。结果表明,优化方案提高了站内设施的利用率,消除了客流瓶颈,使站厅的客流堆积问题得到有效缓解,提高流线的流畅性。The proper organization and design of passenger flow lines is directly related to the efficiency and service quality of the overall operation of the rail transit system.In view of the problems of mismatch in the scale of existing subway stations and the imbalance in the utilization efficiency of service facilities,taking Xiaozhai Station of Xi'an Metro as an example,this paper analyzes the behavioral characteristics and rules of pedestrian movement in the station,and uses AnyLogic simulation software to simulate the passenger flow line during peak hours of the station,and proposes a scientific and reasonable optimization scheme from the two aspects of facility layout and passenger flow organization in the station for each bottleneck problem.The results show that the optimization scheme improves the utilization rate of the facilities in the station,eliminates the bottleneck of passenger flow,effectively alleviates the problem of passenger flow accumulation in the station hall,and improves the smoothness of the flow line.
