摘　　要：目的:建立科学合理的鸡冠花炭饮片质量标准。方法:以鸡冠花炭性状、水分、灰分、浸出物以及总黄酮含量为指标制定其质量标准。结果:拟定标准为水分含量不超过13.0%,水浸出物含量不低于18.0%,总灰分含量不超过13.0%,酸不溶性灰分含量不超过3.0%,总黄酮含量不低于1.2%。结论:该研究所得到的数据真实可靠,可为制定鸡冠花炭质量标准建立提供理论依据。Objective To establish the quality criterion of cockscomb charcoal decoction pieces.Methods The quality standard was established based on the properties of character,water content,ash content,extract content and the content of total flavonoids.Results The proposed standard was that the moisture content should not exceed 13.0%,the water extract content should not be less than 18.0%,the total ash content should not exceed 13.0%,and the acid insoluble ash content should not exceed 3.0%.The total flavonoid content is not less than 1.2%.ConlustionThe data obtained in this study are real and reliable,and can provide a theoretical basis for establishing the quality standard of cockscomb charcoal.
