改性球状纤维素基复合材料的制备及对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附探究

摘  要:本文以纯化后的蔗渣纤维素(SBC)和不溶性腐植酸(IHA)为基材,通过添加海泡石(SEP)来提升复合材料的热学性能,以碳酸钙为制孔剂,使用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和戊二酸酐对复合微球进行改性,引入羧基基团,成功制备了一种新型吸附材料SIS-COOH,并将其用于水体中Pb(Ⅱ)的去除。通过SEM、BET、FTIR、TGA等手段对SIS-COOH进行了表征,探究了其形貌和结构特性。采用静态吸附法,系统研究了影响SIS-COOH吸附性能的因素,包括溶液的pH值、SIS-COOH的投放量、Pb(Ⅱ)的初始浓度以及温度等。实验结果表明,在pH=5、SIS-COOH投放量为5g·L^(-1)、Pb(Ⅱ)的初始浓度为1500mg·L^(-1)的条件下,SIS-COOH的吸附容量达到最佳,且吸附过程在120min内即可达到平衡状态。再生实验证实,SIS-COOH具有出色的再生性能,经历5次循环实验后,其吸附容量仍维持在90%以上。The purified bagasse cellulose(SBC)with insoluble humic acid(IHA)was selected as the substrate for this project.The thermal properties of the material were enhanced by the addition of seafoam(SEP)and the selection of calcium carbonate for pore making.The prepared composite microspheres were modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)and glutaric anhydride to introduce carboxyl groups,and a novel adsorbent material SIS-COOH was successfully obtained for the removal of Pb(Ⅱ)from water.The morphology and structure of SIS-COOH were investigated by SEM,BET,FTIR and TGA.The static adsorption method was used to investigate the factors which affected the adsorption of SIS-COOH,included pH,SIS-COOH delivery and initial concentration of the solution and temperature.From the experimental results,it could be concluded that the adsorption capacity of SIS-COOH reached the optimum at the solution pH=5,the SIS-COOH injection of 5g/L and the initial concentration of Pb(Ⅱ)of 1500 mg/L,and the adsorption could reach equilibrium at 120min.The data of regeneration experiments showed that SIS-COOH was an adsorbent material with high regeneration performance,and it could maintain more than 90% of adsorption capacity after 5 cycles of experiments.
