摘  要:本文采用溶胶凝胶法制备了PI/TiO_(2)/Pt/PVDF/BaTiO_(3)/Pt柔性复合膜,研究了膜的可释放电能密度性能。TEM电子显微镜扫描结果显示,膜形成了界面清晰、结构致密的3-3结构。XRD衍射结果显示,退火蒸发溶剂后,膜呈现出清晰的PVDF与BaTiO_(3)的衍射峰,预极化后β相的结晶峰明显强于α相,这可能与施加强外场后晶相间产生应力,使得晶群更易转变为分子链取向一致的相关晶相(即β相)有关。铁电测试结果显示,预极化后膜的可释放电能密度高且稳定,这可能与晶群中高含量的β结晶相有关。PI/TiO_(2)/Pt/PVDF/BaTiO_(3)/Pt flexible composite film was prepared by sol-gel method,the performance of film energy storage density was studied.The scanning results of TEM electron microscopy showed that the membrane formed clear interface and dense 3-3 structure.The XRD diffraction results showed clear PVDF and BaTiO_(3) diffraction peaks on the film after annealing and solvent evaporation.After pre-polarization,the β phase crystallization peak was significantly stronger thanαmutually.This maid be due to the stress generated between the crystal phases after strengthening the external field,resulting in consistent molecular chain orientation.The ferroelectric test results showed that the pre-polarized film could enhance energy storage density.This might be related to the high content in the crystal clusterβphase.
