摘 要:本文研究了水力空化法分别与芬顿法和光催化法联合降解处理有机废水的最优工艺。采用自建体系,优化了相关操作参数,探讨了初始pH值、H2O2浓度、水力空化入口压力、溶液初始浓度等条件对水力空化分别与Fenton或光催化法联合降解效果的影响。结果表明,酸性条件下罗丹明B的降解效果更佳,H2O2的最佳浓度为15mg·L^(-1),罗丹明B的初始浓度为10mg·L^(-1),水力空化的最佳入口压力为0.3MPa。在最优条件下,水力空化协同Fenton联合光催化降解罗丹明B的效果最佳,降解率达到89.8%,显著高于单独使用水力空化、Fenton法或光催化降解的效果。这种协同作用主要归因于多种技术的相互协同增效,进而增强了罗丹明B的降解效果。本研究可为高效降解罗丹明B等污染物提供新的途径。In this paper,the optimal degradation process of organic wastewater by hydraulic cavitation combined with Fenton process and photocatalysis was studied.Through the self-built system,relevant parameters were optimized,and the influences of initial pH value,H2O2 concentration,hydraulic cavitation inlet pressure and initial solution concentration on the degradation effect of hydraulic cavitation and Fenton or photocatalytic methods were discussed.The results showed that the degradation effect of Rhodamine B was better under acidic conditions,the optimal concentration of H2O2 was 15mg/L,the initial concentration of Rhodamine B was 10mg/L,and the optimal inlet pressure of hydraulic cavitation was 0.3MPa.Under optimal conditions,hydrocavitation combined with Fenton photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B had the best effect,with a degradation rate of 89.8%,which was significantly higher than the effect of hydrocavitation combined with Fenton or photocatalytic degradation alone.This synergistic effect was mainly attributed to the synergies of multiple technologies,which together enhanced the degradation effect of Rhodamine B.This study provided a new way for efficient degradation of pollutants such as Rhodamine B.
