中国与东盟国家开展港航服务贸易问题研究

摘　　要：当前中国与东盟国家贸易往来频繁,港航服务贸易在运输效率、港口功能、中转能力、降低风险等方面的积极作用是促进中国与东盟国家开展港航服务贸易的动因。通过SWOT分析法对目前中国与东盟国家开展港航服务贸易的优势、不足、机遇及威胁等进行全面分析,提出促进中国与东盟国家开展港航服务贸易的对策:一是完善港航服务贸易布局;二是优化港航服务贸易体系;三是提高港航服务贸易水平;四是加强港航服务贸易联动。Currently,trade interactions between China and ASEAN countries becomes more frequent.Port,and shipping services trade plays a positive role in transportation efficiency,port function,transit capacity and lower risks,which facilitates the services trade between China and ASEAN countries.Through SWOT analysis,the current state of port and shipping services trade between China and ASEAN countries,involving the strengths,the weaknesses,the opportunities,and the threats,are comprehensively analyzed.On the above base,strategies to promote port and shipping services trade between China and ASEAN countries are proposed as follow:(1)Refine the layout of port and shipping services trade.(2)Optimize the system of port and shipping services trade.(3)Improve the level of port and shipping services trade.(4)Strengthen coordination in port and shipping services trade.
