摘　　要：“巴西新工业”计划旨在逆转影响巴西数十年的“去工业化”进程,本质上是一种由政府主导的、自主的、外向与内向相结合的“再工业化”发展战略。研究发现,这一经济发展战略的调整同中国当前的发展规划有诸多契合之处,以此为契机可以拓展中巴合作的广度与深度,加快中巴发展战略的有效对接,促进中巴先进人才的沟通交流。然而,受政策发展前景、舆论发展环境和时代发展趋势等因素的影响,未来中巴合作也将面临一些问题与挑战。对此,中国可通过聚焦两国发展共识、高效利用“一带一路”平台、加强与改进对外宣传工作、加大自主创新与研发力度等途径,为中巴合作的可持续发展提供重要助力。The"New Industrialization Brazil"programme,which aims to reverse the process of"deindustrialisation"that has affected the country for decades,is essentially a government-led,autonomous,outward and inward oriented"re-industrialisation"development strategy.The study found that the adjustment of this economic development strategy fits in well with China's current development plans.Therefore,taking this opportunity to promote China-Brazil cooperation will be conducive to expanding the breadth and depth of China-Brazil cooperation,accelerating the effective docking of China-Brazil development strategies,and promoting the communication and exchange of advanced talents between China and Brazil.However,China-Brazil cooperation will face some problems and challenges in the future due to factors such as policy development prospects,public opinion on the development environment and development trend of the times.In this regard,China can focus on the development consensus between the two countries,effectively rely on the"Belt and Road"plaform,strengthen and improve external publicity,and increase independent innovation and research and development,in order to provide important assistance for the sustainable development of China-Brazil cooperation.
