摘　　要：考虑到节镍双相不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能与传统双相不锈钢存在差异,需要制定相应的点蚀评定标准和腐蚀性货品载运清单对其进行约束,通过腐蚀试验对节镍不锈钢S32101点蚀和耐腐蚀性能进行研究,在此基础上明确S32101点蚀评定标准和腐蚀性货品载运清单。研究成果可为约束节镍双相不锈钢的应用提供一定参考。Considering the differences in corrosion resistance between nickel-saving duplex stainless steel and traditional duplex stainless steel,it is necessary to develop corresponding pitting corrosion assessment standards and a list of corrosive goods to constrain it.Through corrosion tests,the pitting corrosion and corrosion resistance performance of nickel-saving duplex stainless steel S32101 is studied,and on this basis,the pitting corrosion assessment standards and list of corrosive goods for S32101 are clarified.The research results can provide some references for the application of constrained nickel-saving duplex stainless steel.
