布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年6月淄博市淄川区中医院收治的80例毛细支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为对照组(40例)与干预组(40例)。对照组采用常规对症治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组的疗效、呼吸困难评分、临床症状消失时间。结果 干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,干预组呼吸困难日间症状、夜间症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组咳嗽、憋喘、哮鸣音、湿啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的效果明显,能快速改善症状,促进康复,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchiolitis treated in Zichuan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zibo City from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(40 cases)and intervention group(40 cases)according to lottery method.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the intervention group was combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,dyspnea score,and duration of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the day symptom and night symptom scores of dyspnea in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,breathless,wheezing,and moist rales in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis is remarkable,and it can improve symptoms quickly and promote recovery,which is worth popularizing and applying.
