摘　　要：目的 探讨干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的临床效果。方法 选取2021年2月至2023年8月泰安市中医二院收治的80例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组使用更昔洛韦,观察组在对照组的基础上联合重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗。比较两组生化指标、临床症状改善时间、EB病毒DNA载量以及不良反应。结果 治疗后,观察组谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、超敏C反应蛋白、淋巴细胞比例、异型淋巴细胞比例及白细胞计数低于对照组,体温正常时间、咽部炎症消退时间、肝脾肿大消退时间及颈部淋巴结肿大消退时间短于对照组,EB病毒DNA载量低于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症,可有效降低机体炎症反应与EB病毒DNA载量,维持肝功能稳定,促进淋巴细胞水平恢复正常。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Interferon combined with Ganciclovir in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children.Methods A total of 80 children with infectious mononucleosis admitted to Taian Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ganciclovir,and the observation group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b Injection atomized inhalation on the basis of the control group.Biochemical indexes,clinical symptom improvement time,EBV DNA load,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,alanine aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,lymphocyte proportion,allotype lymphocyte proportion,and white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the normal temperature time,the regression time of pharyngeal inflammation,the regression time of hepatosplenomegalysis,and the regression time of neck lymph enlargement were shorter than those in the control group,the EBV DNA load was lower than that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children,Interferon combined with Ganciclovir can effectively reduce the inflammatory response and EBV DNA load,maintain the stability of liver function,and promote the return of lymphocyte level to normal.
