摘　　要：目的 探讨左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 选取2022年12月至2023年12月淄博市市级机关医院收治的85例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(43例)与参照组(42例)。试验组采用左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗,参照组采用甲硝唑治疗。比较两组血清炎症因子、基质金属蛋白酶-2 (MMP-2)、细胞间黏附分子-1 (ICAM-1)、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,试验组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于参照组,MMP-2高于参照组,ICAM-1低于参照组(P <0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 左氧氟沙星与甲硝唑联合用于治疗慢性盆腔炎患者能有效降低血清炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levofloxacin combined with Metronidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 85 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Zibo Municipal Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into experimental group(43 cases)and reference group(42 cases)by random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Levofloxacin combined with Metronidazole,and the reference group was treated with Metronidazole.Serum inflammatory factors,matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in experimental groups were lower than those in reference group,MMP-2 was higher than that in reference group,ICAM-1 was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Levofloxacin and Metronidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve clinical efficacy.
