摘　　要：目的 探讨亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮预防无痛宫腔镜患者丙泊酚注射痛的效果。方法 选取2021年8月至2024年1月在揭西县人民医院行择期无痛宫腔镜患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为E组和C组,每组30例。两组均静脉注射丙泊酚2.5mg/kg进行麻醉诱导,使用丙泊酚4~10mg/(kg·h)进行麻醉维持。E组在使用丙泊酚前15 min静脉注射艾司氯胺酮0.125 mg/kg,C组注射等量生理盐水。比较两组注射痛发生情况、丙泊酚使用剂量、苏醒时间、离开复苏室时间、麻醉相关不良反应发生情况。结果 E组注射痛发生率低于C组(P <0.05)。E组丙泊酚使用剂量低于C组(P <0.05)。两组苏醒时间、离开复苏室时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组均未发生呼吸抑制、噩梦、口腔分泌物增多等麻醉相关不良反应。结论 亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮能够有效减轻宫腔镜患者丙泊酚注射痛,不延迟苏醒时间和离开复苏室时间。Objective To investigate the effect of sub-anesthetic dose Esketamine on Propofol injection pain prevention in painless hysteroscopic patients.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing painless hysteroscopy in Jiexi County People’s Hospital from August 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into group E and group C by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given intravenous Propofol 2.5 mg/kg for anesthesia induction,and Propofol 4-10 mg/(kg·h)for anesthesia maintenance.Group E was given Esketamine 0.125 mg/kg intravenously at 15 min before Propofol,and group C was given the same amount of normal saline.The occurrence of injection pain,the dosage of Propofol,the time of recovery,the time of leaving the resuscitation room,and the occurrence of anesthesiation-related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of injection pain in group E was lower than that in group C(P<0.05).The dosage of Propofol in group E was lower than that in group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of recovery and the time of leaving the resuscitation room between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no anesthesiation-related adverse reactions such as respiratory depression,nightmares,and increased oral secretions in both groups.Conclusion The sub-anesthetic dose of Esketamine can effectively reduce the pain of Propofol injection in patients undergoing hysteroscopic,without delaying the time of recovery and the time of leaving the resuscitation room.
