超声、CT联合血清肿瘤标志物诊断卵巢癌的价值

摘　　要：目的 分析超声、CT联合血清肿瘤标志物诊断卵巢癌的价值,为早期诊断卵巢癌提供依据。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月济南市按摩医院收治的120例疑似卵巢癌的患者为研究对象,均行超声、CT、肿瘤标志物及病理学检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,分析单独及联合检查的灵敏度、特异度。结果 病理结果显示,卵巢癌60例,卵巢良性肿瘤60例;超声、CT、血清肿瘤标志物单独及联合诊断卵巢癌的灵敏度、特异度比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度均高于各项单独诊断(P <0.05);血清肿瘤标志物的灵敏度、特异度低于超声、CT(P <0.05)。结论 超声、CT联合血清肿瘤标志物诊断卵巢癌能够提高灵敏度、特异度。To analyze the value of ultrasound,CT combined with serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer,and to provide a basis for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with suspected ovarian cancer admitted to Jinan Massage Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent ultrasound,CT,tumor markers,and pathological examination.The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard,and the sensitivity and specificity of single and combined examinations were analyzed.Results Pathological results showed 60 cases of ovarian cancer and 60 cases of benign ovarian tumors.There were statistically significant differences in the sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound,CT,serum tumor markers alone and combined in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis were higher than those of each single diagnosis(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of serum tumor markers were lower than those of ultrasound and CT(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound and CT combined with serum tumor markers can improve the sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
