健康教育联合心理护理在异位妊娠手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析健康教育联合心理护理在异位妊娠手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取六盘水市人民医院2020年8月至2022年7月收治的80例异位妊娠手术患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受健康教育联合心理护理,比较两组护理效果。结果 与对照组相比,研究组术后开始排便时间、下床活动时间更短(P <0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组更低,生活质量评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育联合心理护理在异位妊娠手术患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解焦虑、抑郁,提高生活质量,促进康复。Objective To analyze the application effect of health education combined with psychological nursing in patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy surgery admitted to People’s Hospital of Liupanshui City from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group and research group using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the research group received health education combined with psychological nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the time of defecation and getting out of bed was shorter in the research group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of research group were lower than those of control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education combined with psychological nursing in patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy surgery is remarkable,which can relieve anxiety and depression,improve life quality,and promote rehabilitation.
