摘　　要：目的 探讨全过程规范化护理在试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术中的应用效果。方法 选择在潍坊市妇幼保健院生殖医学中心接受试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术治疗的78例不孕症患者作为研究对象,研究时间为2022年6月至2023年6月,按照随机摸球法分为对照组(n=39,实施常规护理)和观察组(n=39,实施全过程规范化护理),比较两组护理效果。结果 干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分、总满意率较对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论 全过程规范化护理在试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术中的应用效果较好,能够改善情绪状态及生活质量,提升舒适度及满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of whole process standardized nursing in in vitro fertilization oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer.Methods A total of 78 infertility patients who underwent in in vitro fertilization oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer in the Reproductive Medical Center,Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random ball method,they were divided into the control group(n=39,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=39,whole process standardized nursing).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of whole process standardized nursing in in vitro fertilization oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer is good,which can improve the emotional state and quality of life,and enhance comfort and satisfaction.
