摘　　要：目的 探讨个性化护理在耳鼻喉疾病患儿全身麻醉手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年5月于青岛市即墨区中医医院行全身麻醉手术的82例耳鼻喉疾病患儿,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化护理。比较两组患儿配合度、家长满意度情况。结果 观察组患儿总配合率、家长总满意率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 个性化护理在耳鼻喉疾病患儿全身麻醉手术中应用,能够提高患儿配合度及家长满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing in children with otolaryngological diseases undergoing general anesthesia surgery.Methods A total of 82 children with otolaryngological diseases who underwent general anesthesia surgery in Jimo District Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized nursing.The cooperation degree of children and parents’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total cooperation rate of children and the total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nursing in children with otolaryngological diseases in general anesthesia surgery can improve the cooperation degree of children and the satisfaction of parents.
