摘  要:设计故障模式及影响分析(DFMEA)是一种以预防为主的可靠性设计分析技术,该技术是一个有助于提高产品质量、降低成本、缩短研发周期的工具。DFMEA的目标是识别产品的功能或过程步骤,以及相关的潜在失效模式、影响和原因。此外,它还用于评估计划中的预防措施是否充分,以推荐额外的措施。对于采取的措施,DFMEA将形成文件并跟踪这些措施的实施情况,以降低风险。DFMEA可帮助设计师将各种事项按重要性排序,并将重点放在产品或过程中发生问题的预防上。文章运用DFMEA技术,以城轨车辆车门系统为分析对象,总结出该技术的实施过程,最终成功地解决了实际设计中遇到的问题,为我国轨道交通行业中DFMEA技术的应用奠定了一定的基础。Design failure mode and effects analysis(DFMEA)is a reliability design analysis technology focusing on prevention.DFMEA is the tool that helps to improve product quality,reduce costs,and shorten the development cycle,and aims to identify the functions or process steps of the product as well as the relative potential failure modes,effects and causes.In addition,it’s used to evaluate whether the preventive measures in the plan are sufficient to recommend additional measures.For the measures taken,DFMEA will form a file and follow up on the implementation of these measures to reduce the risks.DFMEA can help designers prioritize various issues by importance and focus on preventing problems in products or processes.This article based on DFMEA technology takes the metro car door system as the object of analysis,summarizes the implementing process of this technology,and finally solves the problems encountered in actual design successfully,laying a certain foundation for the application of DFMEA technology in Chinese rail transit industry.
