摘  要:随着工业自动化领域的快速发展,开发软件例如CODESYS已成为工业自动化系统中不可或缺的一部分。为了能够在自行开发的逻辑监控软件中获取CODESYS逻辑中变量的数值,文章提出了一种基于CODESYS软件获取逻辑变量数值的方法。首先介绍了CODESYS的平台特点及优势,CODESYS以其卓越的开放性、模块化和强大的编程能力,为工业自动化领域提供了高效的解决方案;其次介绍逻辑变量数值访问的必要性,这对于实时监控系统的运行状态、及时发现并解决问题至关重要;然后阐述如何生成接口文件以及工程信息解析规则;接着介绍不同类型变量信息的获取方法;最后对变量赋值操作,进行了实际测试,验证了变量访问方法的正确性。Following the rapid development of the industrial automation field,the development software such as CODESYS has become an indispensable part of the industrial automation system.To be able to obtain the values of variables in CODESYS logic in the self-developed logic monitoring software,this article proposes a method to obtain the logic variable values based on CODESYS software.Firstly,it describes the characteristics and advantages of the CODESYS platform which provides the industrial automation field with efficient solutions thanks to its outstanding openness,modularity and strong programming capability;secondly,it introduces the necessity of access to logic variable values which is crucial for monitoring the operation state of the system in real time and discovering and solving problems in time;then it explains how to generate the interface file and the engineering information analysis rule;next,it introduces the methods of obtaining different types of variable information;finally,it conducts actual tests on the variable assignment operation to verify the correctness of the variable access method.
