地铁基础制动用软管的可靠性设计与分析

摘  要:地铁车辆基础制动主要采用压缩空气和空压机作为风源吊挂在车体底架上,空气在由制动风缸传输至制动单元时需经过多段管路,包含硬管、接头及软管。软管具备弯曲变形的能力,可适应车体与转向架间的三相位移和转角,故在车体与转向架间的一段连接多采用软管型式。地铁车辆基础制动用软管多为扣压连接型,即胶管与两端管接头进行扣压,由于接头螺纹连接采用管螺纹,扣压效果不好、螺纹连接松脱均会造成空气泄漏,进一步使得制动压力不足或者制动系统故障,影响列车运营。文章从制动软管的加工过程、软管连接型式进行可靠性设计分析,对软管进行优化改进,制定软管扣压连接的过程参数,进行试验验证,对软管安装进行防松设计,分析预期使用效果。改进后增加了软管的使用寿命及免维护周期,更大限度地降低了行车安全风险。The brake rigging of a metro car mainly adopts the compressed air and the air compressor for the air source suspended to the underframe of the carbody.When the air is transmitted from the brake reservoir to the brake unit,it has to pass multiple sections of pipeline,including hard pipe,pipe joint and hose.The hose can bend,deform,and be adapted to the three-phase displacements and rotational angles between the carbody and bogie;therefore,the connection between the carbody and bogie is usually realized by the hose.The hoses used for brake rigging in metro cars are mostly of the crimping connection type,that is,the rubber hose is crimped with the pipe joints at both ends.Due to the use of pipe threads in the thread connection of joints,the poor cramping effect and the loose thread connection can cause air leakage,further leading to insufficient braking pressure or braking system failure to affect the train operation.This article describes the reliability design and analysis from the aspects of the manufacturing process of brake hoses and connection types of hoses,establishes the process parameters of crimping connection of hoses,the testing verification and the anti-loose design for installation of hoses and analyzes the anticipated using effect.After improvement,the service life and maintenance-free period of the hoses can be increased,and the operation safety risks can be minimized.
