摘 要:针对上海地铁13号线列车空压机故障导致牵引封锁的问题,介绍了空压机的工作原理,分析了空压机故障的原因,认为空压机监控回路不合理是导致故障的根本原因。对监控回路进行了优化设计,主要通过在监控回路中增加一个交流继电器来检测主回路的供电情况,同时反馈给列车控制单元,以此来判断主空压机启停的状态。对优化后的空压机监控回路进行测试验证,保证方案实施的可靠性和安全性。优化设计后的监控回路能够有效避免单台空压机故障导致牵引封锁的现象,保证地铁车辆运行的安全可靠性。To solve the problem of traction locking caused by air compressor failures in trains on Shanghai Metro Line 13,this article introduces the working principle of the air compressor,analyzes the causes of the air compressor failure,and concludes that the unreasonable monitoring circuit for the air compressor is the root cause of the failure.The design of the monitoring circuit is optimized mainly by adding an AC relay in the monitoring circuit to detect the power supply condition of the main circuit and feeding it back to the train control unit to judge the starting or stopping state of the main air compressor.The optimized monitoring circuit for air compressors has been verified by testing to ensure the reliability and safety of the implementation of the solution.The monitoring circuit with an optimized design can effectively avoid the phenomenon of traction locking caused by the failure of a single air compressor,so as to ensure the operational safety and reliability of metro cars.
