重载齿轮齿条偏载特性及修形优化分析

摘  要:针对抽油机齿轮齿条重载工况下齿条齿面上出现偏载损伤的问题,对重载齿轮齿条偏载特性修形优化进行了研究。根据石川法结合切片法计算齿轮齿条受载以后的变形量及重合度,通过理论计算了齿轮齿条偏载变形公式,从而确定修形量。并分析了不同修形方案对低速重载齿条齿面偏载的影响。结果表明,齿轮齿条机构在低速重载中,受偏载力的作用,其沿着齿向会呈现重合度逐渐减小,载荷不断增大,变形量逐渐增大。采用齿向齿廓同时修形能最大程度减少偏载时的接触应力。In order to solve the problem of partial load damage on the tooth surface of the pinion and pinion in the pumping unit under heavy load conditions,the partial load characteristics and training optimization of the pinion and pinion were studied.Firstly,according to the Ishikawa method combined with the slice method,the deformation and recontact degree of pinion and rack under load were calculated.Secondly,the theoretical formula for calculating the deflection of pinion and rack under load was analyzed,so as to determine the modification amount.Finally,the influence of different modification schemes on the offset load of low-speed and heavy-load racks is analyzed.The applicability of the modification theory in pinion and rack is verified.The off-load deformation formula of rack and pinion is derived and the influence of off-load deformation on the contact stress of rack and pinion is analyzed.The results show that,under the action of biased load,the recontact degree decreases gradually along the tooth direction,the load increases continuously,and the deformation increases gradually.The deformation of single tooth meshing area is about twice that of double tooth meshing.
