摘　　要：城市核心竞争力是一个城市发展的核心能力,也是一个城市所特有的、具有延展性和恒久性的技术或能力,故审视、培育和提升城市核心竞争力是增强城市综合实力的关键.首先,构建了城市核心竞争力的评价指标体系;其次,以国家中心城市郑州市为例,综合运用波特五力模型、主成分因子分析等方法,着重分析当前郑州市核心竞争力的发展状况以及存在的问题与不足;最后,从多个角度探究提升郑州市未来城市核心竞争力的策略建议.研究内容可助推郑州市更好更快提升其城市核心竞争力,同时也为我国其他城市的核心竞争力提升与发展提供路径参考.The core competitiveness of a city is the core ability of a city's development,and also a unique technology or ability of a city.Therefore,to examine,cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of the city is the key to enhance the comprehensive strength of the city.Firstly,the evaluation index system of urban core competitiveness is constructed.Secondly,taking Zhengzhou,the national central city,as an example,the Porter five-force model,principal component factor analysis and other methods are comprehensively used to analyze the current development status of Zhengzhou's core competitiveness and the existing problems and deficiencies.Finally,the strategies and suggestions to improve the core competitiveness of Zhengzhou in the future from multiple perspectives.The research content can help Zhengzhou to improve its urban core competitiveness better and faster,and also provide a reference for the improvement and development of the core competitiveness of other cities in China.
