摘  要:为研究短蛸(Amphioctopus fangsiao)浮游幼体的饵料需求,采用刚孵化的短蛸幼体作为试验材料,通过投喂不同的鲜活饵料,对短蛸浮游幼体的存活生长进行研究。结果表明,单独投喂卤虫幼体及强化卤虫幼体的短蛸幼体的存活率最低,相比之下,卤虫及糠虾取得了较高的结果,而且卤虫组短蛸幼体的存活率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),达到了(38.33±2.15)%。该研究结果表明,在短蛸苗种规模化繁育生产过程中,卤虫是短蛸浮游幼体培育的合适饵料。In order to investigate the dietary requirements of paralarvae in the planktonic stage of the gold-ringed octopus(Amphioctopus fangsiao),newly hatched octopus paralarvae were used as experimental material.The results indicated that the survival rate of paralarvae fed solely with Artemia nauplii or enriched Artemia nauplii was the lowest.In contrast,better results were obtained with Artemia and Mysis shrimp,with the survival rate of the octopus paralarvae in the Artemia group significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05),reaching(38.33±2.15)%after 13 days.The findings of this study suggest that in the large-scale breeding production of gold-ringed octopus,Artemia is a suitable diet for the cultivation of the paralarvae in the planktonic stage.
