摘　　要：推进经济高质量发展需要科技创新培育新动能,专利制度与风险投资作为科技创新发展过程中的两大重要因素,关乎科技成果的有效转化和应用。近年来,我国专利制度与风险投资表现出明显的聚合式发展和空间集聚现象。为厘清二者之间的关系及其发展的地区差异性,本文通过搜集我国2007~2020年29个省(区、市)的数据,对各地区专利数量与风险投资等经济指标进行实证研究,发现亲专利政策下专利制度演化对于风险投资发展具有显著的促进作用,但受地区经济社会发展差异以及各地对于专利制度演化的反应不同的影响,该作用表现为明显的区域异质性。Promoting high-quality economic development requires the cultivation of new driving forces through technological innovation.The patent system and venture capital are two important factors in the process of technological innovation development,which are related to the effective transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years,China s patent system and venture capital have shown significant aggregation and spatial agglomeration phenomena.To clarify the relationship between the two and the regional differences in their development,this paper collects data from 29 provinces in China from 2007 to 2020,and conducts empirical research using economic indicators such as the number of patents and venture capital in each region.It is found that the evolution of the patent system under a pro-patent policy has a significant promoting effect on the development of venture capital.However,due to regional economic and social development differences and different reactions to the evolution of the patent system in different regions,this effect is manifested as significant regional heterogeneity.
