摘 要:针对轨式输送机运行中产生的噪声污染问题,基于通过现场试验采集的噪声数据,提出一种基于参数优化多项式曲面拟合的轨式输送机轮轨噪声建模方法。根据均值和最大值筛选出异常数组,采用局部离群因子算法检测异常数组中的异常数据并替换。选取预处理后数据的最大值,以残差平方和最小值为目标函数,利用秃鹰搜索算法建立不同位置处轨式输送机轮轨噪声预测模型,揭示距离和速度对噪声的影响规律。分析结果表明:在轨式输送机机头、中间、机尾3个位置处模型拟合度达到0.9以上,模型预测值与实测值的误差小于0.7dB(A),模型吻合度较好;在距离和速度的影响下,机头处噪声高于机尾处噪声且变化趋势基本一致;中间处噪声低于机头与机尾处噪声且随速度与距离的增加呈二次曲线型变化。该研究成果可为轨式输送机噪声控制提供理论依据。Aiming at the problem of noise pollution generated by rail conveyor in operation,based on the noise data collected from field tests,a modeling method of wheel-rail noise for rail conveyor based on polynomial surface fitting of parametric optimization is proposed.The abnormal array is screened out according to mean and maximum values,and the abnormal data in the abnormal array is detected and replaced by the local outlier factor algorithm.Based on the maximum of preprocessed data,and with the minimum sum of squared residuals as objective function,the prediction model of wheel-rail noise for the rail conveyor at different positions is established by using the bald eagle search algorithm to reveal the influence of distance and velocity on the noise.The results show that the fitting degree of the model at the three positions of the head,middle and tail of the rail conveyor is above 0.9.The error between the predicted value and the measured value is less than 0.7 dB(A)and the model fits well.Under the influence of distance and speed,the noise at the head is higher than that at the tail,and the variation trend is basically the same.The noise at the middle is lower than that at the head and tail,and it changes in a quadratic curve with the increase of speed and distance.The research results may provide a theoretical basis for noise control of rail conveyors.
