摘 要:硅灰在UHPC等水泥基材料中的应用较为广泛,但由于其成本较高,在中低强度混凝土中的使用受到限制,因此本文研究了低掺量硅灰对水泥基材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅灰掺量的增加,砂浆的流动度先增大后减小,当硅灰掺量为3%时,砂浆的流动度最大;砂浆的抗压强度随着硅灰掺量的增加而增加,当硅灰掺量为5%时,砂浆的3、28 d抗压强度分别较空白组提升了13.89%、12.16%;砂浆的吸水率随着硅灰掺量的增加呈降低的趋势,当硅灰掺量为5%时,在水中浸泡72 h后,砂浆的吸水率下降了14.31%。综上,当硅灰掺量不大于5%时,其对水泥基材料的性能有明显的提升作用,为硅灰的广泛使用提供了理论指导。Silica fume is widely used in cement-based materials such as UHPC,but its high cost limits its use in medium to low-strength concrete.This article investigates the effect of low-dosage silica fume on cement-based materials.The results show that with the increase of silica fume content,the flowability of mortar first increases and then decreases,reaching its maximum at 3%silica fume content;the compressive strength of mortar increases with the increase of dosage,when the dosage of silica fume is 5%,the compressive strength of mortar at 3 and 28 days increased by 13.89%and 12.16%respectively,compared to the blank group.The water absorption rate of mortar also shows a decreasing trend with the addition of silica fume,at a dosage of 5%,the water absorption rate decreases by 14.31%after soaking in water for 72 hours.In summary,when the content of silica fume is not more than 5%,it has a significant improvement effect on the performance of cement-based materials,providing theoretical guidance for the widespread use of silica fume.
