摘 要:以抗压强度、抗折强度和拉伸强度等宏观测试为基础,结合水化热、X射线衍射(XRD)、氮吸附(NAM)、扫描电镜(SEM)等微观测试,研究了可再分散沥青粉末(EAP)对水泥浆体早期性能的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:可再分散沥青粉末的加入不会影响水泥水化过程中的产物种类,但会减缓水泥的水化速度,降低水化热,且随着可再分散沥青粉末掺量的增加,对水泥水化的延迟作用越明显;可再分散沥青粉末的加入对硬化体的最可几孔径几乎没有影响,且多为封闭孔;可再分散沥青粉末的掺入不影响砂浆抗压强度的变化规律,对砂浆早期抗折强度的影响大于后期,可大幅提高砂浆后期的韧性。The effect of emulsified asphalt powder(EAP)on the early performance of cement paste and its influence mechanism are studied through themacro test of compressive strength,flexural strength and tensile strength,combined with the micro test of hydration heat,X-ray diffraction(XRD),nitrogen adsorption measurements(NAM),and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the addition of EAP will not affect the types of products in the cement hydration process,but it will slow down the hydration rate of cement,reduce the hydration heat,and with the increase of its dosage,the delay effect on cement hydration becomes more obvious.The addition of EAP has almost no effect on the most probable pore size of the hardened body,and most of them are closed pores.The addition of EAP does not affect the growth law of compressive strength,and has a greater impact on the early flexural strength of mortar and a smaller impact on the later strength,resulting in a significant improvement in the toughness of mortar in the later stage.
