摘  要:随着喷射混凝土中湿法施工的普及,无碱液体速凝剂逐渐替代传统粉体速凝剂并得到广泛应用,但无碱液体速凝剂与喷射混凝土中其他组分的相容性问题成为制约其发展的主要因素之一。在喷射混凝土的众多组分中,矿物掺合料种类的变化以及水泥中石膏的种类与掺量对相容性的影响尤为显著,此外,聚羧酸减水剂中的缓凝与保坍组分亦会对无碱液体速凝剂的效果起到一定影响。基于以上问题,本文系统论述了喷射混凝土中矿物掺合料、石膏以及聚羧酸减水剂与无碱液体速凝剂的相容性研究进展,对目前的研究现状及存在的问题进行总结,为进一步指导无碱液体速凝剂与喷射混凝土的开发与应用提供参考。With the popularization of wet construction in shotcrete,alkali-free liquid accelerator gradually replaces the traditional powder accelerator and is widely used,however,the compatibility between alkali-free liquid accelerator and other components in shotcrete has become one of the factors restricting the development of alkalifree liquid accelerator.Among the many components of shotcrete,the type and amount of gypsum in cement and the change of mineral admixture type have a particularly significant effect on the compatibility.In addition,the retarder and slump-proof components of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent will also have a certain effect on the effect of alkali-free quick-setting agent.Based on the above problems,this paper systematically discusses the compatibility of mineral admixture,gypsum in cement and polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent with alkalifree liquid accelerator in shotcrete,and summarizes the current status of the research and the existing problems in order to provide certain guidance for the further development and application of alkali-free accelerator and shotcrete.
