摘  要:石膏基自流平砂浆作为一种绿色低碳的建筑材料,近年来因其显著的优点在地面回填找平应用中快速发展,但石膏基自流平砂浆表面能否薄贴瓷砖却尚无定论。本文研究了养护条件、加热时间、浸水时间对石膏基自流平砂浆性能的影响以及冷热循环、浸水再加热循环对石膏基自流平与陶瓷砖粘结性能的影响。结果表明:石膏基自流平砂浆在湿度>90%的条件下养护,其含水率高,强度随着龄期的延长发展缓慢,28 d抗压强度约为其绝干抗压强度的57%,但其绝干强度与湿度较低条件下养护的试件基本相近;石膏基自流平砂浆在≤60 ℃条件下长期加热、短期浸水后再烘干,其性能无下降,冷热循环、浸水加热循环后与陶瓷砖的粘结性能无降低,完全适用于地暖系统。As a green and low-carbon building material,gypsum-based self-leveling mortar has developed rapidly in the application of ground backfill leveling due to its remarkable advantages in recent years.This paper studies the effects of curing conditions,heating time and soaking time on the properties of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar and the effects of cooling and heating cycles and soaking and reheating cycles on the bonding properties of gypsumbased self-leveling mortar to ceramic tiles.The results show that the gypsum-based self-leveling mortar is cured under the condition of>90%,the moisture content is high,the strength develops slowly with the age,and the 28 days compressive strength is about 57%of its absolute dry compressive strength,however,the absolute dry strength of the mortar is similar to that of the mortar cured under lower humidity,and the properties of the gypsum-based self-leveling mortar do not decrease after long-term heating and short-term soaking under the condition of≤60℃,after cooling and heating cycle,soaking heating cycle and ceramic tile bonding performance does not reduce,fully suitable for floor heating system.
