超活性水泥在高早强砂浆中的应用技术研究

摘  要:以超活性水泥技术为基础,研究超活性水泥与硅酸盐水泥复合、砂子级配及养护方式对高早强砂浆力学性能的影响,并对超活性水泥的作用机理进行了研究。结果表明,硅酸盐水泥和超活性水泥复合比例为37∶10时,砂浆2 h抗压强度大于15 MPa,最高达21.8 MPa,28 d抗压强度达80 MPa;在5℃和室外(-6℃)条件下砂浆的3 h抗压强度接近,但24 h抗压强度差异明显,5℃养护条件下的试件强度比室外(﹣6℃)养护的试件大8 MPa;ISO砂的砂子级配更好,可进一步提高砂浆各龄期抗压强度。对其机理进行分析,是因为超活性水泥容易溶解且溶解更快。Based on U-technology cement t echnology,the study compares different Portland cements,different low-temperature curing condition and different graded sands to evaluate the compressive strength of mortars.The test results show that Portland cement and U-technology cement ration as 37⁚10 the mortar can achieve 2 hours compressive strength reach>15 MPa,maximum of 21.8 MPa,and 80 MPa in 28 days.At 5℃and outdoor(-6℃)also has good early strength performance,3 hours is close,but the difference in compressive strength at 24 hours is significant.The strength of specimens cured at 5℃is 8 MPa greater than those cured at outdoor(-6℃).ISO sand which has good sand gradation can also achieve good performance in compressive strength.Analyzing its mechanism is because hyperactive cement is easy to dissolve and dissolves faster.
