摘　　要：通过人角质形成细胞划痕修护测试、斑马鱼胚胎尾鳍修护促进测试、胶带剥离损伤皮肤屏障修护测试和人体临床测试,对吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐对修护皮肤屏障的作用进行研究,结果表明,吡咯并喹啉醌二钠盐含量为2.5μg/mL时,对人角质形成细胞划痕有愈合效果;浓度为100μg/mL时,能显著促进斑马鱼胚胎尾鳍再生,并对人体皮肤屏障具有长期修护效果。The skin barrier is the first line of defense for skin health,and the integrity of the skin barrier is crucial for overall health.This article investigates and verifies the effects of pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt on repairing the skin barrier through tests on human keratinocyte scratch repair,zebrafish embryo tail fin repair promotion,tape stripping-induced skin barrier damage repair,and human clinical tests.The results showed that pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt hads healing effect on keratinocyte scratches when the concentration wais 2.5 μg/mL.When the concentration is 100 μg/mL,it can significantly promote the regeneration of caudal fin of zebrafish embryo,and has a long-term repair effect on human skin barrier.
