摘 要:为获得高的黄芪甲苷提取率,以黄芪粉末为原料,采用CO_(2)超临界萃取法提取黄芪甲苷,运用正交实验分析方法分析CO_(2)超临界萃取工艺以及夹带剂对黄芪甲苷提取率的影响,并得出最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,在考虑经济成本以及运行条件基础下,在萃取压力为30 MPa、萃取温度为40℃、萃取时间为6 min、夹带剂流速为5 mL/min的条件下,黄芪甲苷提取率为0.237%。当夹带剂加入方式为“预浸+动态”,加入种类为95%无水乙醇,加入量为200 m L时,可达到较高的黄芪甲苷提取率。In order to obtain a high extraction rate of astragaloside IV,this article uses astragalus powder as raw material and uses CO_(2supercritical) extraction method to extract astragaloside IV.Orthogonal experimental analysis is used to analyze the CO_(2) supercritical extraction processand,the influence of entrainers on the extraction rate of astragaloside IV,and the optimal process conditions are obtained.The experimental results show that,considering economic costs and operating conditions,the extraction rate of astragaloside IV is 0.237% under the conditions of extraction pressure of 30 MPa,extraction temperature of 40 ℃,extraction time of 6 minutes,and entrainer flow rate of 5 mL/min.When the addition method of the entrainer is "pre immersion+dynamic",with the addition type is 95%anhydrous ethanol,and the addition amount is 200 mL,a higher extraction rate of astragaloside IV can be achieved.
