益肝宝颗粒对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究益肝宝颗粒对高脂膳食大鼠降血脂的治疗效果。方法:高脂饲料喂养的雄性SD高脂大鼠模型随机分成4组:模型对照组和3个治疗组,治疗组连续分别灌胃益肝宝颗粒高剂量、益肝宝颗粒低剂量和阿托伐他汀药物3周,于1、3周测定大鼠体质量变化和血液中胆汁酸(BA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、内毒素(ET)、G蛋白偶联受体5(GPR5)等指标。结果:与低脂对照组相比,高脂饲料喂养120 d后的高脂组大鼠体质量和血液中ALT、TG、TC水平显著增加。高脂大鼠给药治疗1周后,与模型对照组相比,治疗组大鼠体质量显著下降(P<0.05);给药治疗3周后,治疗组的ALT、TG、TC、BA、ET、GPR5水平显著降低(P<0.05),且高剂量组接近阿托伐他汀西药组治疗效果。结论:中药益肝宝颗粒能够有效改善高脂大鼠血脂水平,降低高脂大鼠体质量。Objective:To study the effect of Yiganbao granules on fat rats.Methods:High-fat fed rat model divided into four groups:model control and three treatment groups,and the treatment groups treated with high dose Yiganbao,low dose Yiganbao and atorvastatin respectively for 3 weeks,and the weight and blood bile acid(BA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),endotoxin(ET),G protein coupled receptor 5(GPR 5)were measured.Results:Showed that high-fat fed rats significantly increased in ALT,TG,and TC compared with the low-fat control group after 1 week of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment with Yiganbao,the ALT,TG,TC,BA,ET,GPR 5 in high-fat fed rats decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiganbao granules can effectively improve the blood lipid level and reduce the body weight of high-fat rats.
