摘　　要：目的:基于CiteSpace 6.2.R4分析中医治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的现状,预测未来的研究趋势。方法:收集CNKI和SinoMed数据库2013年1月1日至2023年7月31日中医治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的期刊,利用CiteSpace 6.2.R4对期刊进行年发文量、作者、机构、关键词可视化分析。结果:1279篇参考文献被纳入分析。(1)在研究时段内中医治疗糖尿病视网膜病变领域期刊发文量呈轻度下降趋势;(2)作者发文量普遍较少,其中发文量最多的作者为罗向霞和彭清华;(3)主要研究机构为湖南中医药大学、成都中医药大学、北京中医药大学,各机构跨地域合作较少;(4)网络药理学突现值最高。结论:中医治疗糖尿病视网膜病变领域的主要研究内容为通过临床观察、Meta分析探讨中成药、中西医结合治疗对糖尿病视网膜病变血管微环境、视力及血糖的影响。2020-2023年的研究趋势可能为利用网络药理学分析气阴两虚型糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗机制及康柏西普、雷珠单抗等抗VEGF药物在糖尿病性黄斑水肿中的应用。Objective:To analyze the current status of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic retinopathy and to predict the future research hotspots based on CiteSpace.Methods:The journals of diabetic retinopathy treated with traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2013 to July 31,2023 were collected from CNKI and SinoMed databases.CiteSpace 6.2.R4 was used to visually analyze the annual publication volumes,authors,institutions and keywords of the journals.Results:A total of 1279 references were analyzed in this process.(1)During the study period,the number of articles published in the journals in the field of TCM treatment of diabetic retinopathy showed a slight downward trend;(2)The number of papers published by the authors was generally small.The authors with the highest number of papers were Luo Xiangxia and Peng Qinghua;(3)The main research institutions were Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and cooperations among them were less;(4)The highest brustness was network pharmacology.Conclusion:The main research content in the field of TCM treatment of diabetic retinopathy is to explore the effects of proprietary Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and western medicine on vascular microenvironment,vision and blood sugar in diabetic retinopathy through clinical observation and Meta-analysis.The research trend in 2020-2023 may be to use network pharmacology to analyze the therapeutic mechanism of Qi-yin deficiency diabetic retinopathy and the application of anti-VEGF drugs such as Compaq Cep and lezumab in diabetic macular edema.
