白蔹的本草考证

摘　　要：目的:对白蔹药材的名称、基原、采收炮制、性味归经、功能与主治进行本草学考证,探究其本草渊源,以期为临床合理应用提供依据。方法:通过文献研究法、分析研究法、对比法,将历代古籍进行相关信息的梳理和考证。结果:经考证可知白蔹有白草、猫儿卵、昆仑等别名;基原确定葡萄科植物白蔹Ampelopsis japonica(Thunb.)Makino.的干燥块根为正品来源;炮制方法多为净制、切制;性味归经为苦、甘、平、微寒;主要功效为清热解毒,消痈散结,敛疮生肌,用于痈疽发背、疔疮、瘰疬、烧烫伤。结论:白蔹在植物基原方面现代与古籍存在不一致;毒性论述也存在差异,有待进步研究。Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the botanical origins,harvesting and processing methods,properties,tastes,meridian affiliations,functions,and clinical applications of Bai Lian,a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,through pharmacological research.The aim is to explore its historical roots in traditional Chinese medicine,providing a basis for its rational clinical use.Methods Literature research,analysis,and comparative methods were employed to review and validate information from ancient texts.Results The investigation revealed that Bai Lian is also known by various aliases,such as Bai Cao,Mao Er Luan,and Kun Lun.The botanical origin was determined to be the dried rhizome of Ampelopsis japonica(Thunb.)Makino,a plant in the Vitaceae family.Common processing methods include cleaning,cutting.Bai Lian is characterized by its bitter and sweet taste,with a slightly cold property.Its main herapeutic effects include heat-clearing and detoxifying,dispersing abscesses,resolving nodules,and romoting tissue regeneration.It is commonly used for conditions such as carbuncles,boils,scrofula,and burns.Conclusion There are inconsistencies between modern botanical sources and historical records regarding Bai Lian's botanical origin.Additionally,there are differences in toxicity discussions that warrant further research.
