摘　　要：针刺蝶腭神经节是一种有效治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗法,具有双向良性调节作用,可以通过调节免疫介质及自主神经系统功能,有效改善过敏性鼻炎患者的免疫-神经内分泌系统的失衡状态。文章对针刺蝶腭神经节治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用机制、治疗方法和疗效评估等方面进行详细综述,以期为过敏性鼻炎治疗提供参考。Acupuncture Sphenopalatine Ganglion is an effective therapy for the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis with bidirectional benign regulatory effects,which can effectively improve the imbalance of immune-neuroendocrine system in patients with allergic rhinitis by regulating the immune mediators and the function of the autonomic nervous system.The article provides a detailed review of the mechanism of action,therapeutic methods and efficacy assessment of acupuncture on the Sphenopalatine Ganglion in the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis,with a view to providing a reference for the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis.
