摘  要:枳实是临床常用的理气药,多用于治疗胃肠道疾病,也可用于治疗咳嗽、气喘等疾病。随着研究的深入,其减肥、升压、兴奋神经的功效逐渐被提及,应用范围从中医药扩展到食品养生、运动保健等多个领域,取得了丰硕的成果。枳实中主要含有黄酮、挥发油、生物碱等成分,而这几种成分大多都具有显著的生理活性,是枳实具有治疗作用的物质基础。枳实经过麸炒后,所含的有效成分发生复杂的变化。文章旨在对枳实炮制前后的化学成分研究现状进行综述,并探讨背后的变化机理,为其他炮制研究提供思路。Processing is one of the most important characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Citrus aurantium is mostly used to treat gastrointestinal diseases,as well as cough,asthma,and other diseases.In recent years,with the deepening of research,its efficacy in reducing weight,boosting blood pressure,and stimulating nerves has gradually been mentioned,and its application scope has expanded from traditional Chinese medicine to multiple fields such as food health,sports health,and so on.Citrus aurantium mainly contains flavonoids,volatile oil,alkaloids,and most of these components has significant physiological activities.After stir-baked with wheat bran,the active ingredients in Citrus aurantium undergo complex changes.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize relevant information to find out the laws of chemical composition changes after processing of Citrus aurantium.
