摘　　要：藏药历史悠久,发展迅速,历代藏医贤圣在治疗疾病的过程中不断总结完善临床经验,形成了藏医药学理论体系,其完整及独特的治疗方法和确切的临床疗效,在治疗高血压等疾病方面发挥着重要作用。高血压是现在公认的常见病及多发病,是引起猝死的高危因素和导致心血管疾病死亡的主要原因。治疗高血压的中西药物各有特色,在藏药中治疗高血压的药物有二十五味珊瑚丸、珊瑚七十味丸等经典名方,且藏医药学对高血压的病因、病症有独特的分析。文章综述近年来一些藏药方剂用于高血压治疗的研究进展,为进一步的研究与应用提供参考。Zang medicine has a long history and rapid development.In the process of treating diseases,the sages of Zang medicine have continuously summarized and improved their clinical experience,forming a theoretical system of Zang medicine.Its complete and unique treatment methods and exact clinical efficacy play an important role in the treatment of hypertension and other diseases.Hypertension is now recognized as a common and frequently-occurring disease.It is a high-risk factor for sudden death and the main cause of death from cardiovascular disease.Chinese and Western medicines for the treatment of hypertension have their own characteristics.Among Zang medicines,The drugs for the treatment of hypertension are twenty-five coral pills,coral seventy pills and other classic prescriptions,Zang medicine has a unique analysis of the etiology and symptoms of hypertension.This article summarizes the research progress of some Zang medicine prescriptions in the treatment of hypertension in recent years through literature review,and provides reference for further research and application.
