基于“风气百疾”理论探讨薯蓣丸论治白癜风

摘　　要：白癜风为难治性皮肤病的一种,中医将其归属为“白驳风”范畴。白癜风病因病机为脾胃虚弱,气血失和,风邪外袭,与虚劳病因病机存在相似性。文章基于“风气百疾”理论探讨白癜风的病因病机、中医治疗,确立益气健脾,养血祛风为治法,应用薯蓣丸治疗白癜风,并提供验案一则,以拓宽白癜风的临床治疗思路。Vitiligo is a kind of intractable skin disease,it belongs to the category of“Baibofeng”in traditional Chinese medicine.The etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo is weakness of the spleen and stomach,disharmony of qi and blood,and external attack of wind evil,which are similar to the etiology and pathogenesis of consumptive disease;Therefore,this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo and traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on the theory of“generation of wind and disorder of Qi movement leads to various diseases”,and establishes the treatment of invigorating Qi and strengthening spleen,nourishing blood and dispelling pathogenic wind.Shuyu pills were applied to the treatment of vitiligo.In support of this statement a case be attached in order to broaden the clinical treatment ideas of vitiligo.
