养心疏肝颗粒干预冠心病伴抑郁状态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:旨在观察养心疏肝颗粒对冠心病伴抑郁状态患者的临床疗效。方法:将100名冠心病伴抑郁状态的患者纳入研究,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50名患者。治疗组接受常规西医治疗加养心疏肝颗粒;对照组接受常规西医治疗加逍遥丸,疗程为1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)、简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、C反应蛋白、白介素-17(IL-17)等方面的变化。结果:(1)两组患者治疗后西雅图心绞痛量表、简明健康调查问卷SF-36、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、C反应蛋白、白介素-17均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,治疗组SAQ、SF-36、HAMD、C反应蛋白、白介素-17改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养心疏肝颗粒明显改善冠心病患者的抑郁状态,提高生活质量,具有进一步在临床推广应用的价值。Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Yangxin Shugan granule on patients with coronary heart disease with depression.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease with depression were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The treatment group received routine western medicine treatment plus Yangxin Shugan granule,and the control group received routine western medicine treatment plus Xiaoyao pill for one month.The changes of Seattle angina pectoris scale(Seattle Angina Questionnaire,SAQ),concise health questionnaire(The MOST item short form health survey,SF-36),Hamilton depression scale(Hamilto Depression scale,HAMD),C-reactive protein and interleukin-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results 1 after treatment,Seattle angina pectoris scale,concise health questionnaire SF-36,Hamilton Depression scale,C-reactive protein and IL-17 were significantly improved in both groups.2 after treatment,the improvement of SAQ,SF-36,HAMD,C-reactive protein and IL-17 in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Yangxin Shugan granule can significantly improve the depression state of patients with coronary heart disease and improve the quality of life,which has the value of further clinical application.
