摘　　要：目的:汉化肛瘘生活质量问卷(the Quality of Life in Patients with Anal Fistula Questionnaire,QoLAF-Q),检验其在腺源性肛瘘病人中的信度和效度,为临床评估腺源性肛瘘病人生活质量提供特异性工具。方法:在获得源量表作者授权后,按照Brislin翻译原则对量表进行汉化,形成中文版QoLAF-Q。采用便利抽样法选取390例肛瘘病人进行问卷调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果:邀请9名专家对中文版QoLAF-Q进行内容效度评估,专家权威系数(Cr)为0.880,其中条目水平内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.889~1.000,平均量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)为0.936;探索性因子分析提取出2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为70.523%,各条目因子载荷均>0.400;验证性因子分析显示模型拟合良好;总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.908,重测信度为0.873,分半信度为0.946。结论:中文版QoLAF-Q具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估腺源性肛瘘病人生活质量的有效特异性工具。Objective:the Quality of Life in Patients with Anal Fistula Questionnaire(QoLAF-Q)was used to test its reliability and validity in patients with anal fistula.To provide a specific tool for clinical assessment of quality of life in patients with cryptoglandular anal fistula.Methods:After obtaining authorization from the original authors,the questionnaire was translated into Chinese following Brislin′s translation principles,forming the Chinese version of the QoLAF-Q.A convenience sampling method was used to survey 390 patients with anal fistula,evaluating the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results:A total of nine experts were invited to assess the content validity of the Chinese version of the QoLAF-Q,with an expert authority coefficient(Cr)of 0.88.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.889 to 1.000,and the average scale level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.936.Exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors,accounting for 70.523%of the cumulative variance,with all item factor loadings greater than 0.400.Confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit.The overall Cronbach′s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.908,the test-retest reliability was 0.873,and the split-half reliability was 0.946.Conclusions:The Chinese version of QoLAF-Q has good reliability and validity,making it an effective and specific tool for assessing the quality of life in patients with cryptoglandular anal fistula.
