摘　　要：根据高层建筑独有特征并结合实际工程现状,对某超高层建筑进行了空调系统设计以及防排烟进行了设计。大厅及宴会厅采用全空气空调系统;办公、会议室、客房采用风机盘管+新风;一层扩大前室及避难层、防烟楼梯间采用机械加压送风系统。不符合自然排烟的区域采用机械排烟系统,使其满足最新规范的要求。Acccording to thee unique charracteristics off super high-rrise building ccombined witth the practicaal engineeringg situation,the air conditionning system aand smoke coontrol of a supper high-rise building are designed.Alll-air conditionn system is usedd in the hall aand banquet haall.Fan coil+fresh air systtem is used in office,conferrence room annd guest roomm.Mechanical ppressurized aiir supply systtem is used in first floor enlarged front room,refuuge floor andd smoke-prooof staircase.Mechanical smokke exhaust syystem shall be adopted in arreas that do nnot conform too natural smoke exhaust,soo as to meet thee requirementss of the latest specificationss.
