摘　　要：本文专注于装饰施工中施工管理的创新分析。在当前快速发展的建筑行业中,装饰施工作为一个重要部分,其管理创新对于提升工程质量和效率具有至关重要的作用。本文通过分析装饰施工的特点,识别了管理过程中的关键挑战,并提出了四个方面的创新管理策略。这些策略旨在通过新技术的应用、优化流程、强化人力资源管理和提升质量控制,以提高施工效率和质量,以期为装饰施工管理实践提供参考。This paper focuses on the analysis of construction management innovation in decoration construction.In the current fast-developing construction industry,decoration construction is an important part,and its management innovation plays a vital role in improving the quality and efficiency of the project.This paper analyzes the characteristics of decoration construction,identifies the key challenges in management process,and proposes innovative management strategies in four aspects.These strategies aim to improve construction efficiency and quality through the application of new technologies,optimization of processes,strengthening of human resource management and improvement of quality control,so as to provide reference for decoration construction management practices.
