摘　　要：本文结合实际项目深入探讨了山地建筑项目中的成本控制问题,先通过区位分析,了解了山地地理位置的独特特点和区域发展潜力。之后详细分析了山地建筑前期阶段、规划阶段、设计阶段方面的成本控制措施,希望能够为山地地区的建筑项目提供可行的解决方案,同时促进其可持续发展和生态友好性。This paper discusses the cost control problem of mountain area construction projects based on actual projects,and understands the unique characteristics of mountain geographical location and regional development potential through location analysis.Subsequently,the cost control measures in the preliminary,planning and design stages of mountain construction are analyzed in detail,hoping to provide a feasible solution for construction projects in mountain areas,and simultaneously promote their sustainable development and ecological friendliness.
