摘　　要：工程造价管理是火力发电厂建设中的重点内容,与工程施工成本息息相关,可以有效地节省项目开支。为进一步提升火电工程造价水平,必须牢牢抓住工程量清单计价模式,做好项目招标管理工作,减少不平衡报价手段所带来的财务风险和隐患问题。基于此,本文简要阐述了这种模式下不平衡报价类型,并对不平衡报价现象的形成原因加以深入分析,提出了科学可行的应对策略,旨在提升工程量清单招标中不平衡报价的管控效果,以期提供参考。Project cost management is the key content in the construction of thermal power plants,and is closely related to the project construction cost,and can effectively save the project expenditure.In order to further improve the cost level of thermal power projects,it is necessary to firmly follow the valuation mode of bill of quantities,perform well in project tendering management,and reduce the financial risks and hidden dangers caused by unbalanced quote means.Based on this condition,this paper briefly expounds the types of unbalanced quote in this mode,deeply analyzes the causes of unbalanced quote,and puts forward scientific and feasible coping strategies,aiming to improve the control effect of unbalanced quote in the tendering of bill of quantities,for reference.
