摘　　要：建筑工程造价管理对于建筑工程的整体质量管理具有决定性影响,且具有较为复杂的特点。随着我国经济的发展,建筑环境竞争越发激烈,如何通过造价管理实现建筑工程成本优化,提高工程的经济效益成为关键。本文简要分析了新时期建筑造价管理的意义,指出了传统造价管理存在的问题,并针对性地提出了新时期建筑工程造价管理及提高工程经济效益的策略。The cost management of construction projects has a decisive impact on the overall quality management of construction projects,and it has complex characteristics.With the economic development in China,the competition in the building environment becomes increasingly fierce.How to achieve the cost optimization of construction projects through cost management and improve the economic benefits of the project has become the key.This paper briefly analyzes the significance of construction cost management in the new era,points out the problems in traditional cost management,and puts forward the targeted strategies for construction project cost management and improving project economic benefits in the new era.
