摘　　要：近几年,随着经济的快速发展,政府对各种建筑项目的标准越来越高。建设工程技术管理工作发挥了监测与控制的作用,它可以极大地提高建设项目的总体质量,保证建设工程的总体利益,提高建筑领域的竞争水平,促进建筑企业在市场中获得可持续发展。本文简单阐述了建筑工程管理存在的不足,并对建筑工程技术管理中的控制要点进行了分析,然后规划了几点建筑工程技术管理优化对策,以期为保障建筑技术管控能力提供参考。In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the governmental standards for various construction projects have increased.The technical management of construction projects plays a monitoring and control role,and can greatly improve the overall quality of construction projects,ensure the overall benefits of construction projects,improve the level of competition in the construction field,and promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises in the market.This paper briefly expounds the deficiencies of construction project management,analyzes the control points in technical management of construction project,and plans several optimization countermeasures for technical management of construction project,so as to provide reference for ensuring the management and control ability of construction technology.
