摘 要:针对早晚高峰期间老城区交叉口内交通流阻滞、机非混行无序以及排队延误过长等现象,本文通过调查交叉口内交通流的组织形式以及各流向交通流的运行特征,探究交通拥堵点的形成机理,提出合理的改造工程方案,并以路段通行能力和交叉口运行效率为准则,从路网规划、交叉口平面设计以及交通管理、控制等方面提出可行的改善方法与建议,旨在为交通拥堵改造工程设计、施工等方面提供参考。To address the phenomena such as traffic flow blockage in the intersection,disorderly and mixed flow of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles,and long queue delay in old town during the morning and evening rush hours,this paper investigates the organizational form of traffic flow in the intersection and the operation characteristics of traffic flow in each direction,explores the formation mechanism of traffic congestion points,proposes a reasonable renovation project design scheme,and puts forward feasible improvement methods and suggestions from the aspects of road network planning,intersection plane design,traffic management and control based on the traffic capacity of road section and the operation efficiency in the intersection,aiming to provide reference for the design and construction of traffic congestion renovation projects.
