摘　　要：阐述“平疫结合”医疗建筑的含义以及建设“平疫结合”医疗建筑的必要性,基于“平疫结合”理念,从医疗工艺流程分析综合性医院改扩建的设计要点,从发热门诊、感染性疾病楼、综合诊疗中心等方面探讨细部建设与改扩建的策略及要点。This paper expounds the meaning and necessity of the medical building“combining normal time with emergency”.Based on the concept of“combining normal time with emergency”,this paper analyzes the design key points of the renovation and expansion of the general hospital from the medical process,and discusses the detailed construction,renovation and expansion strategies and key points from the aspects of fever clinic,infectious disease building and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment center.
