摘　　要：介绍刚性防水和柔性防水两种地下车库常见防水措施,并对自黏沥青类防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材和合成高分子防水卷材等主要柔性防水材料的优缺点进行分析,从底板防水、外墙板防水、顶板防水3方面探讨地下车库防水做法的选取要点。This paper introduces two common waterproof measures for underground garages:rigid waterproof and flexible waterproof,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the main flexible waterproof materials such as self-adhesive asphalt waterproof coil,polymer modified asphalt waterproof coil and synthetic polymer waterproof coil,and discusses the key points of selecting waterproof methods for underground garages from three aspects:floor waterproof,exterior wall waterproof and roof waterproof.
